Located on the third floor with views of boardwalk, Atlantic and Ocean Ave.    One of the favorites has four bedrooms.. Sleeps 8.  Off the spacious porch the living room has a 42 in. TV.  The apartment is completely furnished, four beach tags, and 2 car parking close to beach and board.  Our most important asset is parking by the center of the boardwalk.  

The master has a queen bed and next bedroom has another queen.  Next the twin bedroom has a dresser and closet. In addition the complete bath has four supplemental outdoor showers.  The convenient pulley clothes line makes it convenient for swim suits and towels to air out. . Then third bedroom has a queen bed, which the fourth bedroom accomodates two with a trundle bed.  

The complete kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, microwave and other small appliances Ocean air welcomes your hot morning coffee with an view of Atlantic.  Bring your binoculars to watch sailboat races, barges and yachts sail the Atlantic.

Other anmenties include internet, four airconditioners, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, wagons, two kayaks and four beach tags.  Kayaks are

located on the water at a Somers Point marina.  Use at your own risk.
