Pawling Apartments is a landmark building in the Ocean City, NJ. It stood the test of time built during the Roaring Twenties.  The owners, Stanley and Joyce live the the premises year around.  Unlike many other apartments,  a handyman, Joe, is helpful keeping the grounds pristine and santitary. 42 inch flat screen, internet, bikes, outdoor grills, hot showers, beach chairs,wagons and 4 beach badges are included in your rental. My mother's home is a block away it still has some vacancies.

At Pawling Apartments, we have more than 30  years of experience to insure that your vacation is enjoyable. All year we work   to meet all of your vacation needs.  Most of our families include our rentals their yearly shore vacation, so there is limited availability.  We are located 1/2 block from the center of the boardwalk at the 12th Street Beach.  Some families rent more than one apartment to accomodate family reunions.  Thank You for visiting our site.
