Pawling Apartments is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the historic shore town of Ocean City, NJ, for over 50 years. Built during the Roaring Twenties, our original location has withstood the test of time. Our apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests and feature two bathrooms. Many of our families return each year, often renting multiple apartments to host large reunions. The owners, Stanley and Joyce, reside on-site at one of the properties. We have two available locations: 1206 Ocean Avenue and 1134 Wesley Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.

Each unit features a variety of amenities, including a 42-inch flat-screen TV, Xfinity cable, and internet access. You can enjoy community outdoor grills and hot showers outside. In addition, you'll have access to onsite laundry facilities, beach chairs, and wagons. Each apartment rental includes two parking spaces and four beach badges. For maintenance emergencies, a handyman is available on call.
